Le Contesse offers a variety of cooking classes and prides itself on hosting extravagant feasts. The classes take place in a 16th century Tuscan farmhouse, whose rich history and modern design have been highlighted by the world's leading magazines.
Class participants are introduced to traditional and modern Italian cooking techniques, experience the allure of true Tuscan cuisine and get acquainted with the local lifestyle. It's an inspirational celebration of flavors and cultures. The classes are taught by an experienced kitchen staff and an esteemed Italian chef, whose professional resume includes Michelin star restaurants. Our small groups include no more than 8 participants, thus creating an intimate and personal atmosphere, and each class member receives a basketful of Tuscan cooking recipes and knowledge.
Our dishes feature our homegrown vegetables, fruit and spices. Our organic produce is farmed in optimal conditions, thus developing a rich and robust palate of flavors. In addition, our cheeses are produced within small nearby farms, while our meats are provided by local breeders and our wines are carefully selected from boutique wineries owned by generations of winemakers from the region.

Each of our cooking class participants is hosted in a private, uniquely-designed en-suite bedroom that mirrors the outer colors of the farmhouse.
